I have been servicing copiers since 1997. Throughout the years I have come to realize a few things that has made my life as a technician easier.
What are those things? You may ask.
Well for one thing, I knew that in order to really diagnose the copier properly, I have to get all the input I need from you, the customer. In other words, you tell me exactly what happened before the copier broke down, in most cases, I will fix it based on that you have told me.
The machines are design with you in mind. That means, the company that makes it does not want us to be there 24/7 fixing it.
