A- some copiers have small compartments that hold paper along the path where you can spend days looking for it and not find it. However if you use common sense, you should have any idea where the paper might be.
On such secret compartment is right before the drum. There is a small compartment where the paper curls in order to align with the drum. Check all the spots along the way. If you don’t know where they all are, ask the technician to show you the next time he comes in.
Another thing is this, if you remove a jammed paper and there is apiece missing, it is somewhere inside the copier probably blocking a sensor. Don't worry; we are experts at performing surgery. If it is in there, we will find it.
There are knobs to turn, there are plates to lift, and all must be done in the feed direction of their copier. See "Removing Paper jams for more info"

Thanks for the new things you have reeealvd in your text. One thing I want to reply to is that FSBO human relationships are built eventually. By presenting yourself to the owners the first saturday their FSBO will be announced, ahead of the masses begin calling on Mon, you create a good relationship. By mailing them equipment, educational components, free reviews, and forms, you become a good ally. If you take a personal fascination with them along with their problem, you make a solid network that, in many cases, pays off when the owners opt with a representative they know plus trust preferably you.

Paper jam indicated but no paper to be seen stuck in my ir2016 cannon photocopier. could this be due to paper getting partially stuck on few occassions if so please let me know what the solution is. many thanks
