DO NOT vaccum out the copier toner spill with your office vaccum Vacuuming the toner particles requires a special vacuum with a HEPA filter... do not use the Hoover vaccum cleaner in your office. If you have a major toner spill, call for service.  Now can you see why it is important to have a service contract? Imaging paying over $100 just for someone to come in and vacuum your copier. I mean we will give it a good cleaning but it wasn't broken. Get a contract.
